Are you tired of feeling like you’re pushing a boulder up a hill? Is worry controlling your life? Unhappy with your habits? When we find ourselves in these spaces, sometimes we need an unbiased set of ears to help us.
My goal is to provide a space in which you can explore, process, change, heal, and ultimately become the person you want to be. Through support in a safe and non-judgmental environment, we can unshackle ourselves from our burdens and begin to grow.
All of this potential is bubbling right below the surface, and I believe counseling is one of the best ways to get it.

My goal as your therapist is to help you find a path toward finding your best self and living your best life. I believe that those who choose to seek help can find ways to begin this journey. I welcome the opportunity to help those who desire to live a healthier life with new skills. I believe that there is a way to live your best life in ways that feel right for you.
"Daring to set boundaries is about having the courage to love ourselves, even when we risk disappointing others." ~Brene Brown
We all have a past. I believe that there is a way to work with the past, current situations, and internal feelings to learn new life strategies for today and your future. And, I strongly believe that everyone works in their own way to move forward in life: there is no one right or wrong way. I completely understand and respect the time and space needed to make these changes in life. It's all part of the process!
As Carl Jung stated, "I am not what has happened to me, I am what I choose to become."

As a fellow human, much of what I have learned can be summarized in a sentence: everyone is doing the best they can. In the ever-moving nature of our lives, we are quick to forget or dismiss much of our effort and victory. We can also become quickly overwhelmed when we reach a point of wanting things to be different. The reality is: we have to start where we are and take small steps to get us where we want to be.
As a counselor, I am convinced you are right where you’re supposed to be. I also believe in your ability to learn to trust your own process in figuring things out. Wherever you are, I would be honored to collaborate with you in uncovering your own personal sense of well-being and how to keep moving toward it.
Please request a consultation or appointment by contacting our office. I look forward to meeting with you.

As a therapist, my goal is to provide a space where you can feel safe, seen, heard, and known. When we find ourselves in this space of compassion, we can continue the process of walking towards the healthiest versions of ourselves and release the things that keep us stuck. I desire to provide the space and support you need to embody your best self and live a life that brings you meaning and purpose. I believe that we all have potential waiting inside of us, and therapy is one way to bring our truest self to the surface.
My primary modalities are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Self-Compassion, and Attachment work. This work helps us relate to our strengths and our struggles with kindness and compassion while moving forward with purpose.
Additionally, we learn how to reflect on the ways that past relationships are impacting our current relationships. This enables us to work towards connecting authentically in the present with greater ease.
